I love this quick and easy healthy holiday recipe alternative to one of everyone's favorite Christmas dessert recipes, Gingerbread Man Cookies! This Gingerbread Smoothie tastes like a gingerbread man without the extra calories lol! A perfect kid-friendly and vegan-friendly holiday dessert drink!

Gingerbread Smoothie

1 1/2 Cup Soy Milk

1 Banana

1/4 Tsp Nutmeg

1/2 Tsp Cinnamon

1/2 Tsp Ginger

1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

1 Tbsp Molasses

1 Tsp Sugar

1 Cup Ice

COMBINE ingredients in the blender.

BLEND until smooth!
